Yo creo que, en caso de conflicto, la mediación (u otras técnicas de facilitación dela gestión conflictos, dependiendo del tipo de conflicto) deberían realizarla profesionales cualificados externos a Decidim. Eso no quita que haya ciertos acuerdos que resuelvan situaciones 'tipo' y que puedan ser velados por el comité de garantías.
